Marketing Services

Recurring marketing services outside of a contract period can be cancelled at any time provided that notice of termination is provided by email (to hello@appoka.co.uk) or in writing at least 30 days in advance of the next renewal period. Any outstanding amounts will still be due to APPOKA. Where a contract exists for recurring marketing services, the contract must be paid in full before it can be terminated. Outside of any contract period, any recurring services will be provided on a rolling month by month basis by APPOKA, under the same terms of the contract.

 

Websites & Internet Solutions

The client may terminate their contract relating to an internet solution within 14 days from date of signing the contract by submitting a termination request in writing to APPOKA. In this case, the client will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. In the event of termination, the deposit payment of 50% of the total contract value will be due to APPOKA if payment has not already been made by this time.

 

Hosting

Hosting can be cancelled at any time provided that notice of termination is provided by email (to hello@appoka.co.uk) or in writing at least 30 days in advance of the renewal date. Any outstanding invoices or amounts must be paid in full before any files will be released. There may be extra fees for providing any files or carrying out any transfers. APPOKA reserve the right to suspend any website or server after 30 days of the renewal date if payment has not been received.

 

Support Packages

Support Packages can be cancelled at any time provided that notice of termination is provided by email (to hello@appoka.co.uk) or in writing at least 30 days in advance of the next renewal period. Any outstanding amounts must be paid in full. Where support is required outside of a support package, the hourly rate will be chargeable for work required. A fixed fee for any work required may also be provided where possible upon request.

 

Email Services

Email services can be cancelled at any time provided that notice of termination is provided by email (to hello@appoka.co.uk) or in writing at least 30 days in advance of the next renewal period. Any outstanding invoices or amounts must be paid in full.

 

Outstanding Amounts

If any amount remains outstanding to APPOKA 30 days following the issue of an invoice, APPOKA reserves the right to suspend any services provided to the client, including but not limited to the service to which the outstanding invoice relates. There will be a reconnection fee for any suspended services. For more information on the reconnection fees for a specific service please contact hello@appoka.co.uk, as the services differ for each individual client and will be assessed on an individual client basis.

All clients are also bound by the terms of their contract.
